RCD Espanyol hosted Madrid Club Getafe & both needed a win to stay in touch with the strong Clubs. The home team managed to solve the match & win this first season game 2 - 0 thus grabbing the three important points. Getafe sits sadly in the bottom places of the Liga classification table & is currently of some concern for followers & fans.
The goals came in the second half through Sergio Garcia in the 65th min & Stuani in the 82nd min.
Valencia CF "pushed" aside Liga last placed Club Cordoba tonight winning 3 - 0. The three points allows Valencia to sit as join leader with FC Barcelona of the Liga classification table. Valencia CF are on a roll & are giving lost joy to their followers with some good Football, goals & straight victories.
The three goals came from Paco Alcacer in the 22nd min, Gaya in the 26th min & Feghouli in the 73rd min.
